Fifth Edition
The 2026 Sirikwa Classic, held on February 14, maintained its World Athletics Cross Country Tour Gold status, attracting a strong international field backed by Absa Bank. Kenya’s distance running dominance was on full display as John Korir won the senior men’s 10km race in 29:44 ahead of Amos Kiprotich, while defending champion Daniel Ebenyo finished fifth.
The event in Eldoret reaffirmed its global prestige and role as a key build-up competition for major international championships.
